October 2013, over two hundred leaders came together to discussed the strengths, weaknesses,opportunities, and challenges of Southwest Virginia. While this was an initial discussion, this year, we will continue the momentum of last year?s Summit as we re-convene these leaders to implement a shared vision collaborative effort to improve our communities. The SWVA 2020 Summit will again be an opportunity for executives to explore a new ways in how we lead, organize, operate, and collaborate together. Leaders will participate in exercises, share thoughts, and identify priorities as we begin together on the road ahead.
