A new form of Democracy proposed by the A3 Society which eliminates the catastrophic FLAWS in Athenian Democracy which are implemented in all modern democratic structures, and which are tearing modern society apart. The structure of Constructive Democracy is discussed on the A3Society website under the Democracy tab. Constructive Democracy is also referred to as Personalized Democracy.
