This is a term to describe and modify any action, person, place, thing, and thought according to the Sovereignty of The Most High and His Holy Name as per Revelation 19:12-13 in particular. It includes an informational reference to one of various (arguably five through eight) covenants in Scripture: that with Noah and his sons by association, one of whom is Shem (which is said to literally mean "name"). To truly bear the name and Spirit of The Most High is not a uniform or rote label and practices, but to show one's self approved by faith with the study, honor, embodiment, and genuine sharing of His Holy Word.
