This is the story of struggle and triumph by one woman (Amelia) to overcome monthly rage, fatigue, postpartum depression, and fear through psychotherapy for her PMS, PMDD, postpartum depression and other issues. Amelia finds renewed confidence and wisdom within herself and reconciliation with her husband as she joyfully plans for another child. It is also the story of the therapy, Parts and Memory Therapy, and how it heals Amelia's childhood traumas, large and small, through visualizing Amelia in her memories and in present-time as subpersonalities or active Parts of herself that carry her memories.
