JusticeForEthan is a grassroots movement seeking an independent investigation into the death of Robert "Ethan" Saylor who died in police custody on January 12th, 2013 in Frederick, MD. His death was ruled a homicide by asphyxiation, yet no charges were filed against the three off-duty, sheriff's deputies who were moonlighting as mall security.
