CA Sen Atkins (San Diego) wrote a Bill allowing CA already small lot sizes to be subdivided for up to 4 buildings. Roof lines won't be 3 ft apart. Bill brings more foreign investment that withholds housing from mot to keep housing costs high. This keeps rents high. Haven't mentioned the parking nightmare that will devastate cities, and be a nightmare in suburbs. Legislature passed bill seconds late. WE CAN STOP IT!
