"NotRealAmericans" refers to the NRA (National Rifle Association) as some of the positions taken by the organization do not reflect the values of most members or Americans. For example, the NRA believes that 18 year old children should be able to purchase assault rifles because they would be required to use one in the military. Of course, they don't mention the many hours of specialized firearms training and medical screening (physical and mental) one receives in the military which an 18 year old child would not receive outside of the military. Instead, every one of their proposals calls for more guns. It appears that they are shoveling cash into a majority of congressional political campaigns and "pulling the strings" of most of them, and POTUS..... The NRA is also against enhanced background checks.
