A new form of Democracy proposed by the A3 Society which eliminates the catastrophic FLAWS in Athenian Democracy which are implemented in all modern democratic structures, and which are tearing modern society apart. The structure of Personalized Democracy is discussed on the A3Society website under the Democracy tab. Personalized Democracy is also referred to as Constructive Democracy.
