There are three primary domains of safety. 1. Physiological Safety: Our body, brain, and physical state. 2. Psychological Safety: Our mind, thinking, reason, and rationality. 3. Sociological Safety: Our family, peers, group(s), culture, and society. These are the three spaces that comprise a SAFETY ECOSYSTEM. Safety must be a constant feature to keep ourselves and those around us in the best position to make the most of life. Each day, week, month, and year our focus should center on the ability to "Stay Safe, Finish Strong" as individuals, in our relations, and in every situation no matter how challenging..

Each next step we take is a recursion of all the steps we have taken toward solving or resolving the challenges we've managed throughout our lives. However tough the beginning of #2020 seemed, it appears that the streak of woes will crescendo and reverberate well into 2021 and even beyond it. And yet, for most of us, 2020 will not be the first difficult year we've experienced and survived. 2020 will not be the first year we've finished stronger than when we started it in at least some significant ways. Positivity need not be about denying or suppressing the challenges we face, or the toll they've taken. It is about facing forward with confidence rather than dread. Every scar bears lessons, ones we can use to chart our course then take the steps that will count toward our continued growth. 2020 inspired this hashtag: STAYSAFEFINISHSTRONG.
