A personality disorder and condition associated with an unstable mental capacity that manifests itself whenever Donald Trump tweets. Usually this person cannot help themselves and thus feels compelled to negatively counter every tweet coming from Donald Trump with multiple tweets of their own. The vast majority of which are incomprehensible, ignorant and made to garner themselves a following of like minded and unstable followers.
