She has been training and racing triathlons for about 10 years. Coach Arlyn started running after meeting her husband who inspired her to give running a try. So, she started with running one minute and walking two minutes as a first step. Within a few months, she was running five times a week ultimately leading to her first marathon. Since then, Arlyn has run nine marathons and completed numerous triathlons from sprint to half ironman. She is a USA Triathlon and POSE Running coach.
