A Legal Videographer is someone who is certified to either video legal matters such as depositions, or play back video or aid in technical presentation of a case for the courts. They are required by ethics to remain unbiased. Most known and accepted certification is CLVS from the National Court Reporters Association. A second known cert is AGCV.
