आता विश्वात्मकें देवें । येणे वाग्यज्ञें तोषावें ।
तोषोनिं मज ज्ञावे । पसायदान हें ॥
जें खळांची व्यंकटी सांडो । तया सत्कर्मी- रती वाढो ।
भूतां परस्परे पडो । मैत्र जीवाचें ॥
दुरितांचे तिमिर जावो । विश्व स्वधर्म सूर्यें पाहो ।
जो जे वांच्छिल तो तें लाहो । प्राणिजात ॥
वर्षत सकळ मंगळी । ईश्वरनिष्ठांची मांदियाळी ।
अनवरत भूमंडळी । भेटतु भूतां ॥
चलां कल्पतरूंचे आरव । चेतना चिंतामणींचें गाव ।
बोलते जे अर्णव । पीयूषाचे ॥
चंद्र्मे जे अलांछ्न । मार्तंड जे तापहीन ।
ते सर्वांही सदा सज्जन । सोयरे होतु ॥
किंबहुना सर्व सुखी । पूर्ण होऊनि तिन्हीं लोकी ।
भजिजो आदिपुरुखी । अखंडित ॥
आणि ग्रंथोपजीविये । विशेषीं लोकीं इयें ।
दृष्टादृष्ट विजयें । होआवे जी ।
येथ म्हणे श्री विश्वेशराओ । हा होईल दान पसावो ।
येणें वरें ज्ञानदेवो । सुखिया जाला ॥

Pasaaydaan, one of the most benevolent blessings asked to the Almighty for entire Humanity by someone higher in the Spiritual Realm in the history of Humanity ! Saint Dnyaneshwar (1275-1296 AD), who is regarded as one of the most respected saints in Maharashtra and Universe, was the Philosopher and the great Composer. At the tender age of merely 16 years, he accomplished composition of "Bhavarth Deepika" better known as "Dnyaneshwari" (composed in 9000 ovis or stanzas), where he explained the sacred Hindu scripture in layman's language (Prakrit - Marathi) that prevailed at that time (@1290 A.D.) in Maharashtra. Dnyashwari is considered to be a masterpiece in Marathi literature. At the end of which Dnyaneshwar asks for the blessings of the Almighty through this Pasaydaan (9 ovis/stanzas) which is considered as the summary of Dnyaneshwari.
The Transliteration of Pasaaydaan is as follows :
ātā viśvātmakeṁ deveṁ | yeṇe vāgyajñeṁ toṣhāveṁ | toṣhoniṁ maja dyāve | pasāyadāna heṁ ||1||
jeṁ khaḻānchī vyaṁkaṭī sānḍo | tayā satkarmī- ratī vāḍho | bhūtāṁ paraspare paḍo | maitra jīvāncheṁ ||2||
duritānche timir jāvo | viśhva svadharma sūryeṁ pāho | jo je vāncchil to teṁ lāho | prāṇijāta ||3||
varṣhata sakaḻa maṁgaḻī | īśhvaraniṣhṭhānchī māndiyāḻī | anavarata bhūmanḍaḻī | bheṭatu bhūtāṁ ||4||
chalāṁ kalpatarūnche āarava | chetanā chintāmaṇīncheṁ gāva | bolate je arṇava | pīyūṣhānche ||5||
chandrame je alānchhana | mārtanḍa je tāpahīna | te sarvāṁhī sadā sajjana | soyare hotu ||6||
kiṁbahunā sarva sukhī | pūrṇa howūni tinhīṁ lokī | bhajijo ādipurukhī | akhaṁḍita ||7||
āṇi granthopajīviye | viśheṣhīṁ lokīṁ iyeṁ | dṛṣhṭādṛṣhṭa vijayeṁ | hoāve jī ||8||
