Short Wars is an annual collegiate short screenplay competition where the winning script gets made. Each year, Short Wars options one screenplay and raises the budget to take it from script to screen. In 2015, the stakes have been raised! Short Wars will select four collegiate production teams from across the US to come to Wilmington DE to compete in phase II, a production contest.
