The draft does  not seem to consider water vapor as a greenhouse gas and exclusive assign carbon dioxide alone as the greenhouse  gas from piecemeal calculations.  Ask yourselves – what is the gas that human beings exhale * … it is CO2  -- Mr. Fabius calling from elimination of all greenhouse gases by 2050 should only mean extinction of all human beings.  We do not deny global warming…it will continue to happen.  Excess Heating [over and above preindustrial level] up of the atmospheric air by is only by anthopogenic energy conversions - using any source - fuel/solar/wind/hydro/nuclear - which is called insignificant and omitted by many climate scientists..in their efforts of piecemeal computations  which leads to erroneous conclusions.
