Girls and women have long been the subject of undue abuse, biases, criticism, disbelief, etc. If the "#MeToo" movement and the hurtful dynamics that pave(d) many of our paths well before and after its inception are any indication, sometimes our sisters aren't at fault as rumored and really just deserve our respect and protection.
Of course, these and all matters must be addressed on a person-by-person, case-by-case basis that lets The Holy Spirit's Wisdom and facts (not fears, assumptions or malicious cover-ups) Lead. I wholeheartedly believe that true Vengeance, Redemption, and Vindication are of The Most High. He Will Repay (Deuteronomy 32:35, Romans 12:19) and Is Doing so for His children even in small, secret ways; even now.
There will be times when His Love Speaks Truth to my heart about a person or situation and popular cultural opinion may disagree. You know what, though? If The Almighty Says so, I’ma believe her.

This is a term to describe and modify any action, person, place, thing, and thought according to the Sovereignty of The Most High and His Holy Name as per Revelation 19:12-13 in particular.
It includes an informational reference to one of various (arguably five through eight) covenants in Scripture: that with Noah and his sons by association, one of whom is Shem (which is said to literally mean "name").
To truly bear the name and Spirit of The Most High is not a uniform or rote label and practices, but to show one's self approved by faith with the study, honor, embodiment, and genuine sharing of His Holy Word. See Matthew 12:46-50/Luke 8:21, Galatians 3:25-29, and 2 Tim. 2:15 in the latter regard.

"Meta-" essentially means "beyond". Physical is self-explanatory. Metaphysical fitness, then, refers to training, disciplining and building one's self on levels that include and transcend the body. Our minds, souls and spirits need The Most High's Strength, Wisdom, Courage and Protection as well; if not moreso.

#Mindmanna is a faith-based take on the "food for thought" concept. It alludes primarily to a moment or day's random downloads that address and lead to greater reasoning that edifies The Most High.
