Routinely, victims of workplace bullying and sexual abuse have to sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) before they get a settlement. This hashtag refers to anything that stops this, either legislation to prevent such NDAs or indemnifying people who wish to speak out against the legal costs of breaking the NDA

Refers to the protecting someone who has been abused or bullied and has had to sign an NDA (non-disclosure agreement) and wishes to speak out, from the consequences of breaking their NDA, for example giving them the money to refund the agreement or by indemnifying them against punitive lawsuits.
