lightuplives is the hashtag used by Light Up Lives CIC, Five Institute, I Choose Kindness and the Vitality Test and is all about lighting up lives and faces through using and nurturing a healthy kindset, led by kindness to create kinder, more collaborative cultures and communities and a compassionate peaceful world.

Kindset is a new Mindset, based on Kindness. The hashtag is used by Five Institute, Light Up Lives and I Choose Kindness with the Vitality Test and Kindness at the heart of everything they do.
