Wilmington Area Rebuilding Ministry, Inc. (WARM) is a grassroots nonprofit serving Southeastern North Carolina. WARM makes urgent home repairs and accessibility upgrades for elderly, disabled, and other low-income homeowners. Most of the work is completed by volunteers.
