On Sunday 4th October 2015 at 1pm EAT, Kenya's Anti Terrorism Police raided a village in Mandera County, Kenya by the name Hareri and kidnapped 12 Muslim clerics and put them in a cell in Mandera District on allegations that they are linked to Terrorism and the terror group Alshabab. The police are said to have harassed these clerics without any evidence for their allegations. Kenya has efficient courts and the clerics should be taken to court to settle the matter once and for all. The idea of the police that they the clerics be detained for 2 weeks is unconstitutional and should not be accepted.
