She was charged with felony child endangerment,.due to the horrific conditions in the home WHERE both son and girlfriend lived with Cindy. Animal feces,.overwhelming odor of animal urine, drugs guns and knives. That charge was dropped when LE showed in court with NONE OF THE EVIDENCE. The charge of tampering with evidence WAS ALSO dropped! Hannibal police have received similar leads. "We recently followed up on one just this month," Lt. John Zerbonia said. "It was in Peoria, Illinois. Someone believed they had seen her in a grocery store or service station. Unfortunately these, as of yet, none of these leads have panned out." Young hasn't lost hope. "You think about the movies," Young said. "You see somebody missing, you know where they're at, the police barges in and gets them. Just whenever God's will, when he's ready to bring her home, he will. I just think people need to realize still how important it is that Christina, she's still missing. Young had been organizing a gathering on Saturday, November 8 to commemorate the 5-year anniversary of Christina's disappearance, but unfortunately the event had to be canceled due to a family emergency.

Christina Whittaker was last seen November 13, 2009. Now her mother wants her home, and police want answers. "I would never lose hope," Whittaker's mother, Cindy Young, said. "I mean, that's my baby. I'll never give up on her, and I still feel she's out there." Young never misses a chance to spend time with Alexandria who was just 6 months old when her mother disappeared. James "Cephus" Potts was found deceased days before his 19 birthday. HE had multiple gunshot wounds to the head. NO projectiles where recovered, his death was ruled "suicide" with no dna on the gun, no gsr test done,EVEN though it is documented that this special needs boy ( who was mentally much younger) had been bullied, harassed and used by LE as a witness "informant" on cases which put his life in danger.

Purest form of police brutality and corruption. That Bob is now threatened with being prosecuted AGAIN for this is beyond wrong it's illegal. Law enforcement, judges, and prosecutors should be held to the highest letter of the law, not shielded by blanket immunity.

Police hid this video for over 2 years (conveniently after the statutes of limitations)!! I was charged with aggravated battery, and this video would have helped prove my actual innocence. Even with this blatant Brady violation, Will County, IL. is still threatening to re-prosecute if the appeal is overturned! Not only was this video hidden intentionally, but they tampered with it destroying it at one point until it could finally be restored years later and after the defendant had already served his sentence and had his life turned upside down. Lost his job, house, car, and very nearly his life. He suffers extreme Post Traumatic Stress Disorder PTSD as a result of all this. Nobody admits any wrongdoing and they act like I'm lucky to have taken a misdemeanor conviction plea instead of being a Felon at this point. What an overlook!! The system even when confronted and busted red handed, never even for a moment consider the great possibility that there was either police misconduct, proprietorial misconduct, or more likely both. All I can ask of anyone now, is to (PLEASE SIGN)!!! Let's show the state of IL that they too must follow and adhere to a individuals constitutional rights.
