100 COUNTRIES is a travelogue about Colin's latest mission – to visit 100 countries and territories before his friend and travel rival, Andy. His journeys became a battle of wits and negotiation with his long-suffering wife to abscond on his madcap travels driven by his desire to see every single country – no matter how awful or dangerous. Along the way, Colin visits obscure Eastern-bloc states, such as Moldova and Montenegro, and dodgy destinations such as Beirut and Chernobyl. Colin's favourite experiences on his mission include husky sledging in Svalbard – just 650 miles from the North Pole – and a visit to the post-civil war city of Beirut.

7 CONTINENTS is a travelogue about Colin's mission to visit every continent on earth. This is a collection of some of his favourite travels across all seven of the continents. From a boat ride up the Congo River in the Central African jungle to swimming in the source of the Nile in Uganda. Bicycle riding among thousands of Chinese people in Shanghai and exploring the Great Jaguar Temple in the lost Mayan city of Tikal in Guatemala. And on his greatest journey yet, on an expedition ship to Antarctica, which sailed through pack ice in the Weddell Sea and visited an Antarctic research base.
