the social net for the artwork oceans mesh a projection and conversation at Light Nelson 2018 Oceans Mesh interweaves the many diverse ways we value our oceans complex and rich ecosystems. Each of us hold precious memories of the moana. Marine ecologists and social scientists through interviews for this work, are sharing stories, their research, and matauranga Maori perspectives of the sea. The result will be an audio visual projection encouraging powerful stories to further evolve around ecosystem based management.
