#Eatlocallonger is the slogan for Princeton Farmers' Market. Our mission is to create a year-round economically sustainable community for local farmers, producers and residents. We believe in supporting our local farmers and in doing so, promoting a healthier environment. The Princeton Farmers' Market is located at Hinds Plaza (55 Witherspoon Street), in Princeton, NJ. The market is year-round, with weekly markets every Thursday from 11am to 4pm during the months of May until late November, and a monthly indoor market one Thursday each month from December until April.
