State Support Team 6 (Region 6) will be hosting the 2016 Transition Expo at the Lima, OH Veteran's Memorial Civic and Convention Center May, 17th. Registration is at 8:30 in the Crouse Performance Hall entrance. The Expo will run until 2:00 that day. Keynote Speaker LeDerick Horne will begin the day with his address, Beyond Classification, at 9:00. The Horn Walter Outstanding Achievement in Special Education Award recipients will be announce. An Exhibitor hall with area agencies that support post-secondary education, training, careers, health, and independent living will be available. Also, several presenters will be hosting breakout sessions throughout the day addressing the topic of transition.
