Stop crying about it and be a man. If the bone isn't sticking out get going. Pain is weakness leaving the body so you need to endure pain to get stronger and if you find yourself in pain feed off it to build character become stronger and be a man. Generation X may be the last great generation to have been raised this way no worrying about the body concussions bones breaking and in doing so this generation created the extreme sports of today like freestyle motocross, suppercross, snowboarding, and the X games.
