BALANGAY GOVERNANCE INSTITUTE, Inc. or BALANGAY seeks to facilitate the development of multi-stakeholder partnership of smaller units of communities at the barangay level. It adheres to strengthen the community members? voice and vote in their engagement with the government and its line agencies, local government units, civil society organizations and the private sector. This pre-supposes our intention to make these engagements a pathway in addressing the communities? local, sectoral and/or national issues and concerns. This specifically adheres to address the basic needs of the target clienteles and partners in the communities, framed within the human rights perspective.
