A hashtag to allow Kenyans to realise they the grass in greener below their feet and all they need to do is look down as opposed to looking across at the other side of the fence then assuming that it is greener than where they are standing. 254 is the telephone area code for Kenya and "kijani" means green in Swahili and is also the center colour in the Kenyan flag that represents the richness of our soles that allows plants to flourish within it

Kulakodi is a swahili statement which could be loosely translated to mean "eat rent" it refers to being a landlord who therefore receives rental income from their real estate properties. We are using it to market our training seminar on real estate investing in Kenya with an emphasis on multi-dwelling units, commercial properties and student accomodation as opposed to single family units.
