CAPE CORAL, FL.--There is a fight over the American flag in Cape Coral. A Cape Coral man says a city worker demanded he remove several flags he put up to honor family members who served in the military. But the a city code enforcement officer says the flags must come down because they are placed in the traffic right of way. That is against Cape Coral code. "This is for my grandfather," said Jeffrey Verzi.
