The World Party makes clear that, although state politics are as good as we have for countries/states, they will never get to be what the world needs due to the nature of territoriality, conflicts, understanding of a and decisions made at a lower order morality. One can not solve problems with the same mind-set/intelligence that created them - so we must move above state-level thinking. Perhaps (this really is possible) this move needs to be very quickly - and even retrospectively.
