Blacks and other citizens are responsible for devising and implementing policies and practices that prevent police from killing unarmed citizens. Blacks and other citizens are equally responsible for devising strategies that ensure all citizens are able to live their lives and pursue their dreams without being hindered by discriminatory acts.

Black employees are entitled to equity in employment in both the private and public sectors. Black employees must be permitted to engage in employment-related activities at both the local, state and national levels, free from discrimination. Furthermore, black employees' efforts to redress wrongs pursuant to statutes must not be hampered by any company, governmental agency, administrative judge, court judge or officer of the courts.
