We need new rules because the old rules weren't working, not for men or women. New rules require re-examination of men's roles and responsibilities. And men need clearly defined boundaries expectations and rules. Rape and sexual assault are not women's problems. Men commit over 90% of all sexual assaults so we must assume a major role in stopping it.
