Lauryn Santiago was a 15 year old who was bullied and died from Suicide Feb 16, 2013. Her mother fights against Bullying and spreads awareness on suicide Prevention. There are 2 laws HB0947 and HB0920 named Lauryns Law in Maryland. These 2 laws require all school counselors to be certified and recertify to retain title of counselor, as well CEU's. The law also rwquires that all school be educated in emotional wellness and suicide prevention.

Suicide is the second leasing cause of death for teens ages 10- 14. This hashtag is to spread awareness and stop the stigma of Mental Illness to encourage those who suffer or know someone who suffers, to stand up and help save lives. If you suffer, you are not alone
