Information in the public realm for the "people of the United States" as a means of exercising their God given sovereignty acknowledged by the Crown of Great Britain, the United States of America, and the said United States. As well as information in the public realm for the "inhabitants of the United States" and how the difference is a POLITICAL DETERMINATION/DECLARATION made by one of the "inhabitants of the United States" as to being one of the "people of the United States."
This distinction comes from the definitive Paris Treaty of Peace, 1783, Article III thereof.
