Namlish is a form of slang or mixed speech used by many young people in Namibia. Its basically a mix of English, Afrikaans, German and Oshiwambo words to form a sentence. Namlish is also mainly associated with a social media company called Namlish Media cc which was founded in 2005 by Nel van Greunen. Namlish represents everything social and cultural in the Namibian society.
