Use your keyword phrases in the title tag...or at least a portion of the phrase. Use it in the Alt images at least once.
Place the phrase neat the top of the first paragraph. Place it again a couple of times throughout the body content. More times if you have over 1500 words of content on your post. But, don't over do it!
