The Abuja Master-plan tracks the use of land for the Capital City of Nigeria and surrounding Capital Territory around Abuja. The establishment of infrastructural services, co-ordination of the activities of the Ministries, departments and agencies of the Government of the Federation within the Capital Territory is also documented in the Abuja Master-plan.
