Sandro Monteblanco is an Attorney At Law. Born in Lima, Peru, Sandro went to the United States at a very early age where he spent most of his formative years in the Pacific Northwest. Later on, Sandro traveled to New York city where he worked and studied until eventually obtaining a scholarship to attend Chelsea University in the UK. Sandro moved to Europe to conclude his studies and remained there for working for a few years and traveling around for another amount. Eventually, Sandro returned to Peru for a much needed vacation and to recover from an accident suffered in Spain. What should have been a short recovery in Peru ended up becoming his permanent home. A few years later and already with a family and two daughters, Sandro identified that there were no attorneys in Peru that not only spoke English but that could also understand the culture, the principles and that had a basic understanding of what customer service actually means. Sandro decided to attend law school in the evening so as to bridge that gap and several years later graduated with a Law Degree, passed the BAR and became a practicing licensed attorney catering to international clients in all their legal needs. Years have now passed and Sandro Monteblanco is now a well-respected and recognized Attorney At Law with a successful law practice in Lima, Peru and with administrative offices in Portland, Oregon.
