Joshstrong is a group or groups of people supporting and advocating for Suicide awareness. Josh is a survivor and his story begins before he was able to talk. Due to stigma and being ashamed to speak about suicide people tend to not talk about these thoughts or feelings. We must change this. We are JOSHSTRONG
