About Made to Grow
The Made to Grow initiative, from Umpqua Bank, intends to counter the increasing impact financial stress has on Americans’ health. The campaign, which includes an original short film, interactive exhibit and podcast series, is designed to inspire conversations about personal financial growth. Among these initiatives is the Original Short Film: The Seed + The Moon. The Podcast series Open Account with SuChin Pak features candid conversations with guests like "Saturday Night Live" writer Paula Pell, NBA center Myers Leonard, and others who talk openly about struggles they overcame and decisions they made in order to grow personally and financially. Additionally, Umpqua will be hosting a series of in-store events, featuring local stress experts that will provide tangible takeaways for attendees and further inspire conversations about money.
