In this children's book, Zoe Bowie Sings, Despite All Sad Things: At first she sings to get the "mean reds" out. Her mom has Multiple Sclerosis, she has a new brother, AND she moved. But Zoe Bowie learns she to sing a different song by the end of her book after realizing her mother?s sickness has taught her too and she is now able to help her injured best friend. Now she?s singing a new song; one of gratitude.
